How much does shipping cost?

I don't see my region in the delivery areas. Can you deliver to my area?

Yes! Just reach out to us to organise shipping

How long does it take for my furniture to arrive?

Great question! You can expect your order in 3-5 working days. If we are out of stock delivery will be between 5-10 working days

Do I need to be home when my furniture arrives? 

No! It's 2020 so you can choose to have it left at your front door and we will let you know once it arrives. 

Can I schedule my delivery?

Scheduling a delivery date isn't a problem! Just email help@kingdomfurniture.co.nz with your order number and ideal delivery date.

Warranty

Does your product come with a warranty?
Yes! All of our products come with a 12 month structural guarantee.

What does the warranty cover?

Any physical or structural problems with the furniture

What does the warranty not cover?

Normal wear/tear, change of mind, damage through improper handling or use of the furniture and physical abuse or damage, including but not limited to burns, stains, cuts, dents and defacing.
