Refund policy

How do I return my product?
Contact us at help@kingdomfurniture.co.nz with your proof of purchase, and we’ll let you know what to do from there.

The return policy extends to the original purchaser only. Products that have been damaged or abused will not be eligible for return.

When will the money be refunded into my account?
Refunds are approved as soon as the returns process has been successfully completed. Please note it can take 3-5 business days for the bank to process your refund.

How long does it take before my furniture is picked up?
Pick ups generally take up to 10 working days so find a place to keep item as protected as possible from the elements, then sit back and relax while we take care of it for you.

From time to time in remote areas our partners may require more time to conduct the pick up. We’ll keep you informed if this is the case.
